Border Public Art Committee, BPAC was formed by the San Ysidro Chamber of Commerce to bring art to the Bi-National community of San Ysidro, California. This border town brings artists from each side of the border to share cultural heritage through media, visual and performance art. Gerardo Meza, Chairman of the Committee states: "As artists I think it is our duty to be the voice of society while beautifying public spaces. As an artist, community involvement is very important.
